Manage Nurture Profiles

Enroll leads in nurture, configure engagement settings, and review activity history.

The nurture tracker manages which leads receive automated LinkedIn engagement and what kind of engagement they get.

Add a lead to nurture

  1. Open a lead's detail page.
  2. Click Add to Nurture (or use the menu icon → Nurture).
  3. Configure the engagement mode:
    • All — like posts and comments by this person
    • Posts only — only like their original posts
    • Comments only — only like their comments on other posts
  4. Select which LinkedIn account to engage from.
  5. Click Activate.

Nurture profile configuration

View tracked profiles

  1. Click Nurture in the left sidebar.
  2. See all actively tracked leads with their engagement mode and last activity.

Review activity history

Click a tracked profile to see every engagement action:

  • Liked post — which post was liked, with content preview
  • Liked comment — which comment was liked
  • Skipped — posts that were skipped (with reason, e.g., content filter didn't pass)
  • Error — actions that failed

Pause or remove

  • Pause — temporarily stop engagement. Click Pause on the profile. The lead stays in the tracker but no actions are taken.
  • Remove — click Remove to stop tracking entirely. Past engagement history is preserved on the lead's timeline.

How engagement runs

Obert processes nurture profiles once per day:

  1. Checks each tracked profile for new LinkedIn activity.
  2. Applies content filters to determine if the post is relevant.
  3. If it passes, performs the configured engagement (like).
  4. Logs the action in the activity history.

Engagement respects the sender account's daily limits and send windows.

Nurture engagement counts toward the sender account's daily limits. If you have many nurture profiles using the same account, consider spreading them across multiple accounts.
