Managing Leads
Your lead database is the central hub for all discovered, imported, and enriched profiles in Obert.
Every person Obert discovers, imports, or enriches ends up in your lead database. It's the single source of truth for all your prospecting data.
What's in a lead profile
Each lead has:
- LinkedIn profile — name, headline, location, profile picture
- Employment history — current and past positions, linked to company accounts
- ICP score — how well they match your target criteria (scored per list)
- Approval status — pending, approved, or rejected
- Activity timeline — every interaction: signal discovery, campaign enrollment, messages sent, replies received
- List memberships — which lists they belong to
- Campaign status — which campaigns they're enrolled in and their progress
Typical workflow

- You review and approve them in the Pending Approval view.
