Discovery
Auto-Add to Lists
Automatically route leads discovered by signals into specific lists.
By default, signal-discovered leads land in your lead database with "Pending" status. With auto-add rules, you can route them directly into specific lists — so they're organized and ready for campaigns without manual work.
Set up auto-add
- Open a signal's detail page.
- Click the Auto-Add tab.
- Click Add List.
- Select the list you want leads routed to.
- Repeat to add multiple lists if needed.

Every time this signal runs, matching leads are automatically added to the selected lists.
How it works
- Leads are added to lists after they're created in your database — the signal discovers them first, then routes them.
- If a lead already exists in the target list, it's skipped (no duplicates).
- Auto-add respects the list's ICP scoring — newly added leads are scored automatically.
- If the list has Slack notifications configured, your team is alerted when new leads arrive.
Configure from the list side
You can also set up auto-add from the list:
- Open a list's detail page.
- Click the Signals tab.
- Click Link Signal.
- Select the signal to connect.
This is the same relationship — just configured from the other direction.
Remove an auto-add rule
- Open the signal or list detail page.
- Find the linked signal/list in the Auto-Add or Signals tab.
- Click Remove to disconnect them.
Existing leads already in the list are not affected — only future auto-adds stop.
Tips
- One signal, multiple lists. Route the same signal into different lists for different campaigns or segments.
- Combine with ICP scoring. Set strict ICP criteria on the target list, then use Slack notifications with "High ICP only" to get alerted only about the best matches.
- Use exclusion lists in campaigns. If multiple signals feed the same list, use campaign exclusion lists to avoid contacting the same lead twice.
