HeyReach
Connect HeyReach to Obert for LinkedIn outreach automation.
HeyReach is a LinkedIn automation platform for managing outreach at scale. Connecting it to Obert lets you push leads from your lists directly into HeyReach campaigns and lists.
Set up the integration
- Open Settings → Integrations.
- Find HeyReach under Outreach.
- Click Configure.
- Enter your HeyReach API key.
- Find it in HeyReach under Settings → API.
- Click Save.
Obert verifies the key immediately. If valid, the status changes to Connected.
Push leads to HeyReach
Once connected, you can push leads from any list:
- Open a list and select leads.
- Click Push to → HeyReach.
- Choose the destination:
- Existing list — add leads to a HeyReach list
- Existing campaign — enroll leads in a HeyReach campaign
- Select the specific list or campaign from the dropdown.
- Click Push.

Use in campaign sequences
Add a Add to HeyReach step in your Obert campaign sequence to automatically push leads when they reach that point in the workflow:
- Open your campaign's sequence editor.
- Add an Integration step.
- Select HeyReach and choose the destination list or campaign.
- Connect it to the appropriate point in your sequence.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| Push returns 0 leads added | Verify leads have valid LinkedIn profile URLs. HeyReach requires the profileUrl field. |
| API key rejected | Generate a new key in HeyReach Settings → API. Keys don't expire but can be revoked. |
| Rate limit errors | HeyReach limits API calls. Obert retries automatically with backoff. |
