Slack
Connect Slack so Obert can send notifications from campaigns.
Slack lets Obert post to channels your team uses. The integration is described as Connect your workspace to send Slack notifications.
Connect
- Open Settings → Integrations.
- Under Notifications, find Slack.
- Click Connect and approve Obert in Slack OAuth.
- When connected, the row shows Connected to your Slack workspace name.
Use Slack in Obert
After Slack is connected:
- Add a Send Slack notification step in a campaign sequence. Pick the channel and message when you design the step.
- Lead journey events show Slack notification sent or Slack notification failed when a step runs.
Obert does not expose a separate “notification subscriptions” screen on the integrations page — connection here enables sequence and workflow notifications that reference Slack.
Disconnect
Open the Slack menu on the integrations page → Disconnect.
If messages stop arriving, confirm the Obert app can post in the target channel (invite the app to private channels if needed).
