The account detail page is a company hub — everything Obert knows about a company and your interactions with the people who work there.

Company profile

The top section shows enriched LinkedIn data:

  • Name, logo, and LinkedIn page link
  • Industry and company type
  • Staff count — headcount range
  • Headquarters — city, country
  • Website URL
  • Description — company tagline and about text
  • Founded year

This data comes from LinkedIn via enrichment and is stored when the account is created or imported.

Leads at this company

The Leads section lists every person in your database who currently works at this company:

Account Pulse

The Pulse section aggregates engagement data across all leads at this company:

  • Total leads — how many people you have at this account
  • Leads with conversations — leads who have active inbox chats
  • Leads who replied — leads with classified replies
  • Reply breakdown — interested, not interested, follow-up needed
  • Active campaigns — which campaigns include leads from this account
  • Recent conversations — latest inbox chats with people at this company

Pulse helps you understand your overall penetration into an account and whether outreach is working.

ICP scores

If the account belongs to one or more account lists with ICP criteria configured, you'll see:

  • Best score — the highest ICP score across all lists
  • Per-list scores — score, tier, and reasoning for each list

The score reflects how well the company (not individual leads) matches the list's ICP criteria. See Account Scoring.

List memberships

Under Lists, see every account list this company belongs to. Click a list to view it.

Tips

  • Multi-thread with pulse. If an account has 5+ leads but only 1 conversation, there's room to engage more people.
  • Check reply classifications. If multiple leads at the same company replied with interest, it's a high-priority account.
  • Use lead density as a signal. Companies where you have many leads are easier to penetrate — you can reference mutual connections in outreach.
