After importing

Imported accounts go through enrichment:

  1. LinkedIn resolution — company identifiers are resolved to LinkedIn company pages.
  2. Enrichment — full company data is fetched: industry, staff count, headquarters, logo, website, description.
  3. Deduplication — if an account already exists (matched by LinkedIn ID or name), it's updated rather than duplicated.

Track import progress

All imports are tracked as jobs:

  1. Check the Jobs panel for progress.
  2. View counts: added, duplicates, skipped, failed.
  3. If any companies failed, click View Failed for details.

Common failure reasons:

  • Invalid LinkedIn company URL
  • Company page is private or removed
  • LinkedIn rate limits (import pauses and resumes automatically)

Import into a list

To import directly into an account list:

  1. Open the account list.
  2. Click Import in the toolbar.
  3. Choose the import method and proceed.

Imported accounts are added to the list and scored against the list's ICP criteria automatically.
