Snippets
Create reusable message templates for fast, consistent replies in the inbox.
Snippets are saved message templates you can insert into any conversation with a click. Use them for common responses — meeting links, introductions, follow-ups, or objection handling.
Create a snippet
- Open Settings → Inbox → Snippets.
- Click Create Snippet.
- Enter a name — something descriptive you can search for later (e.g., "Meeting Link", "Not Interested Response", "Product Demo Offer").
- Write the message body.
- Choose the scope:
- Personal — only you can see and use this snippet.
- Team — everyone in your workspace can use it.
- Optionally attach files.
- Click Save.

Use a snippet in a conversation
- Open a conversation in the inbox.
- Click the Snippet icon in the message composer (or use the keyboard shortcut).
- Search for a snippet by name, or browse the list.
- Click a snippet to insert its text into the composer.
- Edit the inserted text if needed — add the lead's name, adjust the tone, etc.
- Send the message.
Snippets insert text, not send it. You always have a chance to review and customize before sending.

Manage snippets
In Settings → Inbox → Snippets:
- Edit — click a snippet to update its content or name.
- Change scope — switch between personal and team visibility.
- Delete — remove a snippet permanently.
- Search — find snippets by name using the search bar.
Tips for effective snippets
- Include placeholders. Write
[Name]or[Company]in your snippet text as a reminder to personalize before sending. - Keep them short. Snippets should save time, not tempt you into sending long messages. 2–3 sentences is ideal.
- Create snippets for objections. When you notice the same pushback repeatedly, write a snippet with your best response.
- Use team snippets for consistency. Ensure everyone on your team handles common scenarios the same way — meeting booking, pricing questions, "not interested" responses.
- Review periodically. Delete or update snippets that reference outdated information, old pricing, or features that have changed.
