Enrichment
Choose providers and order for email and phone reveals in Obert.
Enrichment settings control how Obert finds missing emails and phone numbers when you reveal a lead. Reverse email lookup via the API is documented below.
Open enrichment settings
- Open Settings → Integrations.
- Under Contact enrichment, click Configure on Enrichment providers.
The page title is Enrichment. The subtitle explains that you choose providers and the order Obert tries them.
Email and phone waterfalls
Two sections control reveal order:
| Section | Behavior |
|---|---|
| Email waterfall | When you reveal an email, Obert tries providers top to bottom |
| Phone waterfall | Same for phone numbers |
For each provider row:
- Use the up/down arrows to reorder.
- Toggle the switch to enable or disable a provider (disabled providers are skipped even if they worked before).
- A link icon means Ready to reveal; a broken link means Not available yet for your workspace.
Changes save automatically (Saving enrichment settings… / Enrichment settings saved).
Personal email lookup
Allow personal email reveal — when work email lookup is empty, Obert can try personal addresses through FullEnrich and Apollo when those providers are enabled.
Reverse email lookup API
For systems outside the Obert UI, you can resolve a LinkedIn profile from an email with a User API key.
POST /api/enrichment/reverse-email-lookupswith{ "email": "..." }.- Poll
GET /api/enrichment/reverse-email-lookups/{job_id}untilstatusiscompletedorfailed.
Optional body fields include name, company, and skip_personal_emails (defaults to skipping free email providers).
See the API Reference for full request and response schemas, caching, and limits.
