Review posts

Posts from your searches appear on the search Posts tab and in the workspace feed at Social Listening → all posts.

Open posts

1. Click Social Listening in the left sidebar.
2. Open a search, then click Posts.

Or open the combined feed and switch the view to New or All.

The toolbar has Search posts..., Filter, Sort, and Save. Default sort is Sorted by Qualification. Switch between Table view and Review events one at a time to scan one post at a time.

Review a post

1. Click a row to open the post panel.
2. Read the post and its qualification score.
3. Click Mark as viewed when you are done with it.

You can also Archive posts you do not need. Status options include Mark as new, Mark as viewed, and Archive.

Apply Tags from the row menu or bulk bar. Manage tag definitions under Settings → Social Listening → Tags.

Import engagers

On LinkedIn posts, pull likers and commenters into a lead list:

1. Open the post.
2. Click Add engagers.
3. In Import engagers from post, choose Add to list.
4. Optionally turn on Only push qualified engagers when the list has a qualification agent.
5. Choose All or Custom under Engagers to fetch.
6. Click Import engagers.

Obert runs a job to fetch engagers and add them to the list. Use those leads in Lists and Campaigns like any other import.
