Campaigns
Campaigns automate multi-step LinkedIn outreach — connection requests, follow-up messages, and integrations — at scale.
Campaigns are how you turn lists of qualified leads into conversations. You design a sequence of steps, assign LinkedIn accounts as senders, and Obert executes the outreach automatically while respecting rate limits and send windows.
How campaigns work
- Select your audience — choose one or more lead lists.
- Assign senders — pick which LinkedIn accounts will execute the outreach.
- Design a sequence — build a workflow of steps: send connection request, wait, check if connected, send follow-up message.
- Launch — Obert distributes leads across senders and executes steps according to your timing rules.
- Monitor and respond — track delivery, connection rates, and replies. Handle responses in the inbox.
Campaign lifecycle
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Sequence designed but not yet launched. Edit freely. |
| Active | Running. Leads are being processed and messages sent. |
| Paused | Temporarily stopped. No new actions are taken, but in-flight actions complete. Resume at any time. |
| Completed | All enrolled leads have finished the sequence. |
| Archived | Removed from active view. Data preserved. |
What makes Obert campaigns different
-
Graph-based sequences — not just linear steps. Add conditions (is connected? has replied?), branching paths, and integration steps.
-
AI message generation — personalized messages based on the lead's profile, with optional human approval before sending.
-
Timezone-aware sending — respects both the sender's working hours and the recipient's local time.
-
Multi-sender distribution — automatically spreads outreach across accounts to maximize volume while staying within limits.
-
Create a Campaign — build your first outreach campaign.
-
Design a Sequence — configure workflow steps and conditions.
-
Launch & Monitor — go live and track results.
