Export a List
Download a list of leads as a CSV file.
Export any lead list as a CSV file for use in external tools, reporting, or offline review.
Export a list
- Open the list you want to export.
- Click Export in the toolbar.
- Choose CSV format.
- The file downloads to your computer.
What's included
The CSV export contains:

| ICP tier | High, Medium, or Low |
| Status | Approved, Pending, or Rejected |
Large exports
For lists with thousands of leads, the export runs in the background:
- Click Export.
- A job is created — track it in the Jobs panel.
- When complete, click Download to get the file.
The download link is available for 24 hours after generation.
