List operations

Combine and intersect build a new list from lists you already have.

Combine

Combine puts every person from the selected lists into one new list. Someone who is on more than one list is kept once.

1. Click Lists.
2. Select two or more lists.
3. Click Combine.
4. Name the list.
5. Click Combine.

Intersect

Intersect keeps only people who are on every selected list.

1. Select two or more lists.
2. Click Intersect.
3. Name the list.
4. Click Intersect.

With one list selected, the menu items are Combine with... and Intersect with.... Pick the other list in the dialog.
