Email infrastructure
Sending domains, Obert mailboxes, deliverability, and warmup.
Email infrastructure is where you set up dedicated sending domains and Obert-managed mailboxes for outbound email. Personal Gmail or Outlook connects on the sender instead.
- Open Settings → Email Infrastructure.
Tabs in the header:
| Tab | Use it to |
|---|---|
| Domains | Register and manage sending domains |
| Mailboxes | Create Google, Outlook, or SMTP mailboxes on those domains |
| Deliverability | Monitor sending health |
| Mailbox warmup | Warm new mailboxes before heavy volume |
Domains
With no domains, you see No sending domains yet and Create domain — opens the domain purchase/setup flow (Create domain dialog).
After domains exist, use the table toolbar (Filter, Display, Sort, Save) like other Obert lists. Open a row for DNS, redirects, and domain details.
Mailboxes
On Mailboxes, create inboxes on your sending domains. When a mailbox finishes setup and is unassigned, it appears in Connect inbox → Obert mailbox on a sender.
Why use it
Dedicated sending domains keep cold email volume off your primary domain. Obert helps with DNS, deliverability setup, and mailbox provisioning in one place.
