Billing
Manage your subscription plan, seats, and payment details.
Obert offers two plans designed for different team sizes and needs. Manage your subscription in Settings → Billing.

Both plans include a 7-day free trial with full Pro features.
View your subscription
- Open Settings → Billing.
- See your current plan, billing cycle, seat count, and next payment date.

Change your plan
- In Settings → Billing, click Change Plan.
- Select the new plan.
- Confirm the change.
Plan changes take effect immediately. If upgrading, you're charged the prorated difference. If downgrading, the new rate applies at your next billing cycle.
Manage seats
- In Settings → Billing, find Seats.
- Click Update Seats to add or remove seats.
- Adding seats increases your monthly charge proportionally.
- Removing seats takes effect at the next billing cycle.
Cancel subscription
- In Settings → Billing, click Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that:
- You can still log in and view data
- Active campaigns are paused
- Signals stop running
- No new outreach is sent
Reactivate at any time to resume.
Payment methods
Payment is handled through Paddle. You can update your payment method, download invoices, and manage billing details through the Paddle portal — accessible via the Manage Payment link in billing settings.
