Notifications
Configure how and when Obert alerts you about new leads, replies, and campaign events.
Obert sends notifications through Slack and in-app alerts. Configure what you want to be notified about and how often.
Slack notifications
Slack is the primary notification channel. Set up channel subscriptions to receive alerts when:
- New leads are discovered by signals
- High-ICP leads are found
- Campaign leads reply
- Daily summary reports are ready
See Slack Integration for full setup instructions.
Notification frequency
| Frequency | Behavior |
|---|---|
| Real-time | Immediate notification for each event. |
| Every 15 minutes | Batched digest every 15 minutes. |
| Hourly | Batched digest every hour. |
| Daily | Single daily summary at your configured time. |
ICP filtering
Set a minimum ICP tier on each subscription to reduce noise:
- High only — only notified about high-scoring leads
- Medium and above — notified about medium and high leads
- All — notified about every discovered lead
In-app notifications
The notification bell in the top-right corner shows:
- Campaign events — leads completing sequences, failures requiring attention
- Import completions — when bulk imports finish
- Job results — scoring, enrichment, and other background jobs

Tips
- Start with daily digests. Real-time notifications are noisy when signals are running. Switch to real-time only for your most important lists.
- Use ICP filtering aggressively. Set Slack subscriptions to "High only" and review medium leads in the product directly.
- Dedicate a channel. Create a
#obert-leadschannel in Slack so notifications don't clutter your main channels.
