Launch and Monitor

Take your campaign live, track progress, and manage lead delivery in real time.

Once your campaign has an audience, senders, and a sequence, you're ready to launch. This page covers going live, tracking metrics, and managing ongoing campaigns.

Launch a campaign

  1. Open your campaign (it should be in Draft status).
  2. Review the summary panel: audience size, senders, and sequence steps.
  3. Click Go Live.

Obert begins enrolling leads and processing the first step. Enrollment happens in batches, so it may take a few minutes for all leads to appear.

Monitor progress

The campaign detail page shows real-time metrics across several tabs:

Overview tab

High-level performance cards:

  • Enrolled — total leads in the campaign
  • In Progress — leads currently moving through the sequence
  • Completed — leads who finished all steps
  • Connection Rate — percentage of connection requests accepted
  • Reply Rate — percentage of leads who responded

Leads tab

A per-lead breakdown showing:

ColumnMeaning
StatusPending, In Progress, Completed, Failed, Awaiting Review
Current StepWhere the lead is in the sequence
SenderWhich LinkedIn account is handling this lead
Last ActionWhen the most recent step was executed

Filter leads by status to focus on specific groups. For example, filter to "Failed" to investigate delivery issues.

Sequence tab

Visual representation of your workflow with aggregate counts at each node — how many leads are at each step, how many passed each condition.

Pause and resume

To temporarily stop a campaign:

  1. Click the status indicator in the campaign header.
  2. Select Pause.

When paused:

  • No new actions are initiated.
  • Leads currently in a "Wait" step remain waiting.
  • The campaign can be resumed at any time — leads pick up where they left off.

To resume, click the status indicator and select Go Live.

Handle replies

When a lead replies to a campaign message:

  1. Their sequence is automatically paused.
  2. The reply appears in your Inbox.
  3. You handle the conversation manually.
  4. The lead's campaign status updates to reflect the response.

You don't need to manually track replies — Obert links inbox conversations to campaign leads automatically.

Review AI-generated messages

If your sequence uses AI personalization with approval required:

  1. Go to CampaignsApprovals (or the campaign's Review tab).
  2. Review each pending message.
  3. Click Approve to send, or edit the message before approving.
  4. Use Bulk Approve to approve multiple messages at once.

Messages that aren't approved remain queued. The lead's sequence pauses at that step until you approve.

Troubleshoot failures

Leads with a "Failed" status indicate a delivery problem:

Duplicate a campaign

To reuse a campaign's configuration:

  1. Open the campaign.
  2. Click the menu icon → Duplicate.
  3. A new draft campaign is created with the same sequence and settings.
  4. Adjust the audience, senders, or sequence as needed.
  5. Launch the new campaign.
