Campaign Templates
Save and reuse campaign sequences as templates for quick setup.
Templates let you save a campaign's sequence design and reuse it across multiple campaigns. Instead of rebuilding the same workflow from scratch, apply a template and customize the details.
Save a campaign as a template
- Open a campaign with a sequence you want to reuse.
- Click the menu icon → Save as Template.
- Enter a template name and optional description.
- Click Save.

The template captures the sequence structure — nodes, edges, conditions, timing — but not the audience, senders, or message content.
Create a campaign from a template
- Go to Campaigns → Templates tab.
- Click on a template to preview its sequence.
- Click Use Template.
- A new campaign draft is created with the template's sequence pre-loaded.
- Configure the audience, senders, and message content.
- Launch when ready.
Generate a template with AI
Obert can generate a campaign template based on a description:
- Go to Campaigns → Templates.
- Click Generate Template.
- Describe what you want: the goal, the target audience, and the general approach.
- Obert generates a sequence with appropriate steps, timing, and conditions.
- Review, edit if needed, and save.
Manage templates
In Campaigns → Templates:
- Edit — click a template to modify its sequence.
- Delete — remove a template permanently. Campaigns already created from it are not affected.
- Duplicate — create a copy to build a variation.
Tips
- Create templates for common motions. If your team runs similar campaigns regularly (e.g., "post-event follow-up", "warm intro sequence"), save them as templates.
- Standardize across the team. Templates ensure everyone follows the same proven sequence structure.
- Iterate on templates. After each campaign, review what worked and update the template for next time.
